Refund policy

At LUXORA FASHION, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items
• Items without original tags or packaging

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
